Nordhouse Dunes Camping Map

We found the perfect spot behind a hill with little wind, view of the sky and dunes through an opening in the trees and a short walk to the beach. The nordhouse dunes wilderness area is the only federally designated wilderness in michigan's lower peninsula and encompasses 3,450 acres of national forest. The hike is fairly easy and there are a couple different routes you can take.
